West Ham Line Up Ex Chelsea Manager As Moyes’ Potential Successor

West Ham United are reportedly doubting their progress under manager David Moyes with recent results in the Premier League.

The Hammers are believed to have drawn a list of managers to replace the Scot, with a former Chelsea boss said to be in there.

The 60-year-old Scottish manager has faced criticism for the poor footballing style of West Ham.

Although Moyes has put an end to West Ham’s 43-year major trophy drought, his position at the Premier League club is still uncertain.

The Hammers’ management are fond of Graham Potter. And a report from Caught Offside claims that the London club have an interest in the former Premier League manager.

Following a string of unsatisfactory outcomes, Potter was fired by Chelsea in April of 2023. After Potter failed to have an impact at Stamford Bridge, both the Chelsea owners and supporters ran out of patience with him.

He hasn’t had a job since, but there have been rumors in the media that he will return to the dug-out this summer.

With Brighton, Potter demonstrated his class and influenced the team’s course in the Premier League.

In addition to making them competitive, he gave them a distinct, high-pressing playing style that the supporters loved.

The excitement surrounding the end of the season is heightened by the fact that Moyes seems to have total control over his fate at West Ham.

Things at the London Stadium could change if he qualifies for Europe the following season. And has a successful run in the Europa League, which could lead to a new contract at West Ham.
