Mohamed Salah Rocked Up To Liverpool Training In A Black Tie And Tuxedo On The Eve Of Their Premier League Clash Against Sheffield United

In a black tie and tuxedo, Mohamed Salah showed up to Liverpool’s training the night before their Premier League matchup with Sheffield United.

Fans took to social media on Wednesday, April 3, to see the 31-year-old arriving at the AXA Training Centre dressed in an unexpected suit and booties.

When Salah smiled and looked smart in a photo posted by Liverpool’s official X (previously Twitter) account, Reds supporters quickly conjectured as to why the hero of Anfield would have made such an unexpected wardrobe decision.

In contrast, a fan said, “Ahhh Mr Bond, I’ve been expecting you!!!” drawing comparisons between him and James Bond. Another remarked, “Give him that new contract!” in reference to the fact that his current agreement expires in the summer of 2025.

With Liverpool hosting the Premier League struggling team on Thursday (April 4), another user joked, “Outfit for Sheffield’s funeral.” An intriguing comment was made by a fourth user, who asked, “Early prep for his ballon d’Or?”

Despite missing almost three months of action due to injury, Salah has still managed to score 22 goals and contribute 13 assists in all competitions with Liverpool reigning as league leaders and having already secured the Carabao Cup trophy this season.

With Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo out of the picture and the Egyptian leading the race for the Ballon d’Or, winning a second Premier League championship would put him in the lead.
