Endrick’s performances on loan in the Ligue 1 were sufficient to earn the player a call-back to Real Madrid – one that several fans had as a non-negotiable ahead of next season.
After all, the teenager came to the club as the next great thing in international football and one of the best young attackers on the globe.
A poor start and a lack of trust from the management resulted in uneven minutes and performances in the first half of his season, and he was loaned out before Xabi Alonso was let go. Regardless, however, he was always a loved figure within the dressing room.

Endrick talks about his colleagues.
In a recent interview with Men in Blazers, the Real Madrid teenager spoke about his bond with some of the Real Madrid players, notably those from England.
He started by joking about how the language barrier frequently made it difficult for him to interact with them, but he tried nevertheless.
“I try to understand Jude and Trent in English, but it’s almost impossible.”
He then discussed his tight relationship with Bellingham, and how the midfielder has always had his back and encouraged him personally.
“Jude chats to me every day. When he saw me down, he constantly said, ‘Come here, brother.'”
