Al Hilal Presented An Official ‘World Record’ Bid For Paris Saint-Germain Forward Kylian Mbappe

According to rumors, Al Hilal have made a world record bid to buy Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe, as speculation about his immediate future continues.

On Monday morning, transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano stated that the astounding bid to capture Mbappe is worth €300 million [£260 million], smashing the previous world record value of €222 million [£191 million] set by Neymar.

After claiming that no conversations had taken place between Mbappe’s camp and the Saudi Pro League team, Romano went on to say that PSG “remain convinced” that the 24-year-old France international has already agreed terms with Real Madrid.

He also claims a “contract is ready” for a move to Los Blancos, who have already signed Jude Bellingham, Arda Guler, and Fran Garcia ahead of the 2023/24 season.

It was reported at the weekend that five clubs are keen on signing Mbappe this summer, according to Spanish outlet Marca.

They claim Premier League trio Tottenham, Manchester United, Chelsea are interested in Mbappe’s signature alongside Real Madrid and Saudi side Al Hilal.

Al Hilal, meanwhile, are prepared to offer the French forward a salary package of €700 million [£604] over one year, according to CBS journalist James Benge.

It was reported at the weekend that five clubs are keen on signing Mbappe this summer, according to Spanish outlet Marca.
However, Real Madrid remains the favorite to sign Mbappe. Last month, Madrid president Florentino Perez intimated that the player could join the club when the summer transfer market opens in 2024.

When a supporter on the street asked if Mbappe will be signed, Perez responded, “Yes, but not this year.”

Mbappe, who was left out of PSG’s preseason tour to Japan, has one year left on his contract at the Parc des Princes.
