Thomas Tuchel Eager To Join Manchester United But Open To Barcelona Move

Thomas Tuchel, the former manager of Chelsea, is apparently eager to join Manchester United or Barcelona when the current campaign ends.

Christian Falk, an alleged German journalist, claims that Thomas Tuchel is amenable to taking over at Manchester United come summertime. Florian Plettenberg, meanwhile, asserts that the former Chelsea manager is amenable to the Barcelona position.

After a disappointing start to the season with Bayern Munich, Tuchel will be let go. The German champions may not be able to win the league this season as they are currently eight points behind in second place.

Tuchel has not been able to bring out the best in his team, even with strong roster at their disposal.

Therefore, it should come as no surprise that the giants of the Bavarian league have decided to let him go at the end of the campaign.

Whether Manchester United will accept the appointment of the former Chelsea manager will be interesting to watch.

His previous stint in England was with Chelsea, where he won the UEFA Champions League.

Erik ten Hag is under great deal of pressure because Manchester United has had mediocre season thus far.

If things don’t get better right away, the Dutchman might easily lose his job. Tuchel would be an intriguing choice for Manchester United, who have recently been linked to several managers, including Antonio Conte.

The Signing Of Thomas Tuchel Might Not Thrill Supporters

Hard Tackle notes Tuchel’s career at major clubs has been lackluster thus far, despite the fact that there is no denying his skill as a tactician. His home performances at Chelsea were pretty mediocre, and he was unable to lead Paris Saint-Germain to victory in the European Cup. It will be interesting to watch if Manchester United and other teams are willing to take a chance on him.

It is unclear if the Spanish team is ready to name the German as their new manager. In the meantime, Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez has already announced that he will leave the team at the end of the current campaign.

Any manager can be attracted to the chance to oversee Barcelona and Manchester United, and the German will undoubtedly aim to land a significant opportunity this summer. It’s still unclear how things will turn out.
