PSG Sign Nordi Mukiele On Deal Until 2027 To Boost Their Defence

Paris Saint-Germain have announced the signing of France defender Nordi Mukiele from RB Leipzig. The defender has committed to a five-year contract that runs until 2027 with the club.

Mukiele joins at a time when PSG centre-back Presnel Kimpembe is being linked with a move away, and the 24-year-old may provide cover at centre-back if Kimpembe exits while also being capable of playing right-back.

What Did Mukiele Have To Say About The Move?

Mukiele took to social media to express his gratitude to RB Leipzig, where he spent the previous four seasons.

He posted on Twitter, saying, “I wanted to thank you for everything you have done for me.”

“You made me feel home since the very first day I arrived and it is with heavy heart that I leave today. I want to thank everyone involved at the club that help us reach our goals on a daily basis.”
