Mane Rejects Interview With German Media With “You Kill Me Everyday” Jibe

Bayern Munich attacker, Sadio Mane snubbed reporters as they attempted to quiz him about his future with the club.

The move to Bayern gave him the chance to take his talent abroad after several fruitful years at Liverpool. But it has not gone as smoothly as he had initially thought.

He has had challenging times at the Allianz Arena, which has led to speculation that he would be open to leaving after only one year.

His most recent appearance for the German powerhouses resulted in a 27-0 demolition over FC Rottach-Egern, albeit Mane only scored one of the barrage of goals. Which also included five goals from Jamal Musiala, Mathys Tel, and Marcel Sabitzer.

Given how he excelled for Liverpool under Jugen Klopp, there is no doubt a magnificent footballer in there. It simply requires re-discovering that skill.

The Senegalese star struggled to reach comparable heights in his first season at the German club. And was unable to carry over his Liverpool brilliance to the Bundesliga.

What Did Mane Say To The Reporter?

Maximilian Koch, an Abendzeitung reporter, released a video of the player in issue posing for a shot with a fan as the reporter approached on Twitter.

He had a slightly different strategy compared to his kind gesture to the supporter.

“You are killing me every day, and now you want me to talk to you guys? No point,” Mane said just moments before walking off, snubbing the reporter as he went.

With 7 goals and 5 assists in 25 league appearances, the 31-year-old has frequently been the focus of negative stories, and he certainly expressed his feelings.
