FPL GW23 Recap: Are You Feeling Foden And Cunha? iSoccer Winners

It was a great gameweek for Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers as there were goals aplenty in matches played across the ten centres.

Hat-trick heroes, Phil Foden (£7.9m) and Matheus Cunha (£5.7m) upsurged the gameweek score of managers who owned them as they plundered 20 and 17 points against Brentford and Chelsea respectively.

Cole Palmer (£5.9m) just cannot stop producing attacking returns for his owners. With the exemption of Chelsea’s heavy loss to Liverpool, the Englishman has provided at least a goal or an assist in his last 3 games with the Blues.

Aston Villa forward, Ollie Watkins (£8.8m) tallied 18 points following his one goal and three assists in Villa’s 5-0 win against Sheffield United.

Bukayo Saka (£9.0m) made it two in two after he scored one of Arsenal’s three goals as they defeated Liverpool to blow open the league title race. Gabriel Martinelli (£7.7m) and Leandro Trossard (£6.5m) were the other players on the scoresheet.

Since breaking his league scoring drought, Rasmus Hojlund (£6.9m) has never looked back as he continues his impressive run of form in front of goal. The 21-year-old scored against West Ham United, with Alejandro Garnacho (£4.8m) netting a brace in the encounter.

Richarlison (£7.2m) yet again scored against his former club, Everton. The Brazil international added a brace when Tottenham Hotspur visited the Toffees. Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£5.8m) and Jarrad Branthwaite (£4.1m) both scored to rescue a point at the Goodison Park.

Please Note: Winners will be contacted directly by the iSoccer FPL admins ONLY if they have dropped a comment or their team names at any point during the season. Winners who haven’t fulfilled any of the above requirements would have their win passed down to a next eligible manager (who has sent in comments).

This will be done on the next Gameweek’s Deadline Day (provided winners didn’t comment still). And once payments are made to another manager, it becomes irreversible.

No manager is entitled to win in two consecutive GWs. So, any reward of such would be passed down to the next manager in line. This is necessary to make winnings go round.

Net points for the week will be used in picking winners, rather than gross points.

Also Note: Each player is entitled to only ONE team. Therefore, payments will be denied from players with more than one team, and passed to next manager.

All players are also advised to follow the social media handles and to visit the iSoccer website frequently.
