FPL Gameweek 27 Recap: Double Gameweek Team #100 Or Not?

FPL Gameweek 27 Recap: Double Gameweek Team #100 Or Not?

The FPL Double Gameweek 27 came to a conclusion on Wednesday with Brighton and Hove Albion entertaining Crystal Palace while Southampton took on Brentford.

With the week being a not-so-high scoring gameweek, despite the double gameweeks of those teams mentioned above, a select few were able to cross the 100-point mark. Meanwhile, the rest had to settle for scores below.

And with Gameweek 28 breathing down our necks, there is little time to relax. With Gameweek 28 being a Blank Gameweek, it means there will be fewer options to pick captaincy candidates from.

Despite the Blank Gameweek, we still have so many great FPL assets to choose from, – Kane, Saka, Watkins, Martinelli, and Trippier are all fantastic options to consider for captaincy in Gameweek 28.

The Gameweek 28 deadline is set for tomorrow – Friday 17th March, 7:30pm WAT.

iSoccer GW27 Winners

Gameweek 27 is over and that leaves us with Gameweek 28 as the final gameweek in the iSoccer March mini-league.

Interestingly, Gameweek 28 is a Blank Gameweek that offers only 7 games over the weekend. It remains to be seen how our managers will work around the blanks to achieve the ultimate victory in the March mini-league.

Meanwhile, the Gameweek 27 winners are:

1.   Pelumi Bidemi (Ololade mi Asake)

2.   Kuranga Habeeb (Powerful FC)

3.   Abdurrahman Ishola (Slyrak’s Den)

4.   Oluwadara Feso (Dara FC)

5.   Surv Mohinuola (Oladips)

Please Note: *Each player is entitled to only ONE team. All payments will be withheld from players using two teams and then transferred to the next player on the rankings.

* Also, there will be no consecutive winners (winning in consecutive weeks/months) anymore, as this would defeat the “goal” of reaching out to more players.
