Chelsea “Confident” Of Signing Two Youngsters, Including Man United Target

Chelsea are reportedly optimistic of securing the potential double deals of Ligue 1 wonderkids Ayyoub Bouaddi and Brian Madjo.

The Blues have done fantastic work with signings like Estevao Willian, Moises Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez and Cole Palmer in recent times, and they’re ready to maintain their philosophy of acquiring elite young stars to long-term contracts.

According to Caught Offside, Chelsea are now confidence in their strategy as Enzo Maresca’s team make remarkable progress this season, while the norm of providing players long-term contracts is also likely to provide them an advantage in the hunt for the top talents.

Chelsea are the next elite team to look closely at Lille midfielder Bouaddi, with Manchester United also thought to be quite keen on the Frenchman.

On top of that, the Blues also really like Metz striker Madjo, still only 16 years, and it appears possible that these two players will be placed high up in the west London club’s plans in upcoming transfer windows.

The Club World Cup champions may also make use of Strasbourg as a perfect stepping stone for someone like Bouaddi, who might do well to obtain more experience in Ligue 1 before making the move up to the Premier League.

However, because the 18-year-old already has so many suitors, Bouaddi may already seem like a bit of an ambitious bargain.

Bouaddi has been part of the Lille first-team for a few years now, and he’s demonstrated he’s very much the real deal.
