The long-running off-field conflict between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid saw another significant development yesterday as the latter issued a dossier to UEFA once more, requesting disciplinary action against the former for the Negreira Case. A few days prior to this action, UEFA had rejected another dossier from the Merengue club with similar objectives.
The effects of the White Club’s most recent move on the Blaugranes are still unknown. In the meantime, Real Madrid’s behavior has sparked a furious reaction from the Catalans themselves.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona has now released an official statement stating that they have asked Javier Tebas, the president of La Liga, Rafael Louzan, the president of RFEF, and the head of the CTA to take formal action against Florentino Perez, the recently reelected president of the Madrid club.
The Blaugranes have cited Perez’s various charges from a recent press conference and an interview with El Chiringuito in this letter from Yuste. During these appearances, the president of Real Madrid made grave accusations against the competition and its administrators in addition to criticizing Barcelona.
The Blaugrana club has now requested that three domestic authorities take action against Florentino Perez in response to the Merengues’ request for action. The conflict between Barcelona and Real Madrid has only gotten more intense for the time being, but it’s unclear if any of these entities will ultimately be affected by their activities.
