Arsenal Get Green Light To Sign World-Class Striker

Arsenal have reportedly been given the go-ahead to sign Juventus talisman, Dusan Vlahovic for half of what they thought he would be available for.

The Gunners have had a good season so far and are currently third in the standings with their attacking play hasn’t been at its peak. The defense currently appears impenetrable, but things haven’t exactly worked out on the front end. Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus have both received criticism for their performance.

Numerous reports claimed manager Mikel Arteta wants to sign a top striker soon. And Vlahovic may be joining the north-London outfit after signs that his employers are prepared to let him go.

According to TuttoJuve as reported by FourFourTwo, several major European teams are keen on signing Vlahovic, who have spent the last two years at the Allianz Stadium.

The Serbian was strongly linked with a move to north London in January 2021, where he would replace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who was heading to Barcelona after his dispute with Mikel Arteta,.

But in the end, Vlahovic made the important decision to stay in Italy, leaving Fiorentina in a big money switch.

The 23-year-old has long been Arteta’s favorite. And according to the most recent claims, Vlahovic might be available for as little as £52 million.

Due to financial irregularities that led to their exclusion from UEFA competitions this season, Juventus are slightly limited in their transfer market spending and would welcome offers for many players in their team.

Vlahovic, according to Transfermarkt, is valued at €70 million.
