Real Madrid are already setting the framework for the 2026-27 season, and their plans extend far beyond trades and tactical changes.
One of the most striking aspects of next season’s lineup will be the reappearance of a rarely utilized hue in the club’s palette: pink.

According to Footy Headlines, Adidas is planning a third kit with a dark pink foundation, a delicate geometric design in the same tone, and ivory accents. It’s a daring move with a brief but significant history with the club. Real Madrid has only worn pink twice before—most notably during the 2014-15 season, when the BBC era was in full flow, and again in 2020-21, during a transitional time headed by Eden Hazard. Several years later, the hue is scheduled to make a high-profile reappearance, most likely beneath the lights of the Santiago Bernabéu.
The home outfit, however, is sure to spark debate. The new design, which keeps the club’s traditional white base, apparently includes dark green details as well as delicate pink tones. This combination is not totally novel—green has appeared in previous Madrid kits—but the inclusion of a pink accent creates a new contrast that takes the design into more creative area. If the leaks are correct, fans won’t have to wait long to see it, with a release date expected in May 2026.
Adidas is also tapping into nostalgia with a larger collection timed to the debut. A streetwear line based by the brand’s 1994 style will accompany the kits, combining nostalgic elements with current fashion. The home jersey exemplifies this approach: while maintaining a conventional white basis, it features geometric motifs and vintage-inspired design elements.
