Real Madrid Great Zinedine Zidane Has Confirmed His Return To Management

Zinedine Zidane, the legendary player from Real Madrid, has stated that he will eventually get back into football administration after a three-year hiatus. During his coaching career, Zidane has only had two stints as Real Madrid’s manager. He left the team in 2021 to make way for Carlo Ancelotti.

Zidane has always been associated with the top roles in Europe. In the past, he has been linked to moves to Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, and there was even speculation that he might take Didier Deschamps’ place at the French national team.

He made his first move outside of France in Italy, where he said he would be pleased to coach during a recent documentary on the life of Marcello Lippi.

“Why not? Though I have other things going on right now, anything can happen.

Zidane speaks highly of the Italian coach, who took the Azzurri to World Cup glory over his France side in the 2006 final, the final match of his career.

“Marcello Lippi was the one who convinced me to join Juventus; he was the first to give me a chance to play.” I came from France, so everything was different, so it wasn’t easy for him, but Lippi helped me develop into the person I became later. I had fantastic managers as a player, like Lippi or Ancelotti, but everyone needs to find their own way,” he said in the Diario AS documentary.

Only Zidane will know where he is going next. Given that he has not hurriedly returned to management, it seems doubtful that he would enter a club in a position that he doesn’t feel is appropriate for him.
