Neymar has come out to say goodbye to Lionel Messi following his exit from Paris Saint-Germain as the two will no longer share the same field again.
The bond between Neymar and Messi has long been known. The Brazilian had a strong desire to return to Barcelona after leaving to join PSG, with a focus on playing alongside his friend Lionel Messi.
Although the plan fell through and a comeback never seemed likely, Messi’s forced departure from Barcelona brought him back together with the Brazilian left-winger at Parc des Princes.
Now that Messi’s time at PSG has come to an end, Neymar has used his enormous social media following to deliver a sentimental farewell message to the Argentine.

Neymar publicly ensured Messi was given his roses with a sentimental message accompanied by two pictures of the duo in the dressing room.
Leo Messi even responded to Neymar saying: “Thanks Ney! Beyond all that remains, that we once again enjoyed playing together and sharing the day-to-day. I wish you all the best.
“Apart from being a crack, you’re a beautiful person and that’s all that matters at the end. I love you so much.”
