Napoli are already eager to lock striker Victor Osimhen down to an extended contract, according to reports.
The Nigeria international only arrived a year ago from Lille for €70m, a transfer that was calculated with cash and various youth team player exchanges.
His current deal runs to June 2025, but Sky Sport Italia maintain Napoli are already working on an extension to make sure he won’t be tempted away.
The 22-year-old had numerous injury problems in his debut Serie A season, including a dislocated shoulder and COVID-19.
Nonetheless, he managed to score 10 goals in 24 Serie A games, along with three assists.
