The meeting against AC Millan will be a massive challenge for Chelsea, according to coach Graham Potter, ahead of their UEFA Champions League clash on Wednesday.

Wednesday’s Champions League match between Chelsea and AC Milan at Stamford Bridge is Potter’s chance to get his first win in the Champions League after last month’s 1-1 draw with Red Bull Salzburg.

Meanwhile, the Blues lost their opening UCL match 1-0 at Dinamo Zagreb under previous boss Thomas Tuchel.

What Did The Chelsea Coach Say?

Speaking ahead of the match in his pre-game conference, Potter said: “They are a top team. It’s a massive challenge for us and an exciting challenge,”

“We’re playing against a different team with a different way of playing. They are a top team as well as Salzburg were in terms of how competitive they were. Every game is different, every football match is different.

“We are looking forward to the game. It’s a massive challenge for us and an exciting challenge for us. It’s one we are looking forward to and we have to be really good to get the result we want.”
