Manchester United Star Offered Way Out As Saudi Club Plan Transfer

After an altercation with Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag, Jadon Sancho may be on the verge of an unexpected move to Saudi Arabia.

The future of the England international at Manchester United is in doubt after he responded in public to the manager’s criticism of his training form.

According to CBS Sports, Al-Ettifaq are already preparing a last-minute transfer for the forward before the Saudi Pro League transfer market closes later today.

The team led by Steven Gerrard have begun negotiating a loan agreement for the remainder of the 2023–24 season.

Sancho appeared to be in Ten Hag’s good graces following his three-month absence from the first squad last season to work on his mental health.

However, his recent performances in training have failed to convince his manager, who omitted him from the matchday squad for United’s 3-1 loss to Arsenal last Sunday.

Sancho now appears to have been offered a fresh start in Saudi Arabia, but it remains to be seen if he’s interested in making the switch.

Al-Ettifaq will have to act fast if they want to sign the English winger as the Saudi Arabian transfer window is due to close at 10pm.
