Manchester United Consider a Buyout Or Loan Offer For Donyell Malen

According to Football Transfers, Manchester United is considering a possible loan agreement with a buyout option for Donyell Malen of Borussia Dortmund.

There have been heated talks about bringing in the attacker at Old Trafford, according to people with direct knowledge of the matter.

Malen has signed with SEG agency, which represents clients like Rasmus Hojlund, Sofyan Amrabat, and Erik ten Hag.

With the added flexibility of having the option to make the deal permanent during the summer transfer window, the Red Devils are now keen to move Malen on loan. We are aware, though, that Dortmund would prefer to sell the 24-year-old for a straightforward price.

The Dutchman, who moved from PSV Eindhoven to Dortmund in the summer of 2021, has five goals in 15 Bundesliga games so far this season. Despite concerns about his consistency, his performances have drawn interest from a number of elite European clubs in recent seasons.

The transfer would add a degree of mystery to the Jadon Sancho deal, which is currently uncertain regarding his return to Dortmund.

So far, Malen has about 15 appearances in this season and has scored 5 goals for his club.
