The player in question? Fermin López.
Fermín, a midfielder, is having a stellar season thus far.
The 22-year-old has seemingly won the battle with Dani Olmo for first-choice offensive midfield duties in Hansi Flick’s Barcelona side, and his production in the final third has reached new heights.
Fermín has 12 goals and 16 assists from 39 games in all competitions.

According to journalist Jose Alvarez Haya, who spoke on El Chiringuito TV, United might offer €100 million in negotiations at the Spotify Camp Nou this summer.
Fermín and Barcelona do not want to part ways at this time.
