Man City Boss Pep Guardiola Wins The League Managers Association Award For The third Time

Pep Guardiola has won the LMA Manager of the Year award for the third time in his career, as well as the Premier League Manager of the Season award for the fourth time after leading Manchester City to a third consecutive English Premier League title.

Guardiola won the prized individual award honoring the finest managers in English football for the first time since 2021, having previously been defeated by Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.

Guardiola received the Sir Alex Ferguson trophy at the awards presentation, which highlighted performances in both the men’s and women’s games, but he is still two points behind five-time champion and former Manchester United manager Ferguson.

Guardiola has been named Premier League manager of the season for the fourth time since joining Manchester City seven years ago.

The Spaniard won the Premier League manager’s award as his City team caught Arsenal late in the season before overtaking them to win the title.

Guardiola remarked after winning the LMA award, ‘I’m happy to get the Premier League Manager of the Year award. It’s a tremendous honor to get his prize.According to goal.

The 52-year-old has presided over City’s most successful spell in club history, winning five English Premier League titles during his tenure.

A Champions League championship has escaped him during his spectacular reign, but that might change when Man City face Inter Milan in this season’s final on Saturday, June 10 in Istanbul.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta would have hoped that his efforts in helping the Gunners fight for the English Premier League title would have been enough to earn him the award.
