Liverpool are reportedly prepared to pay Fiorentina’s asking price for midfielder Sofyan Amrabat who is also a subject of interest from Newcastle United.
According to journalist Giacomo Iacobellis, Liverpool are willing to match the Moroccan’s €30 million (£25 million) value.

The Reds continue to monitor Amrabat, who has been extensively linked with a move to Anfield following the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
While Liverpool are eager to match Fiorentina’s asking price, there are several stumbling blocks. Most notably Amrabat’s desire to move to Spain, where Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are also keen.
Indeed, considering Jurgen Klopp’s need for several midfield players, Amrabat could be a perfect acquisition for the German.
However, with the Fiorentina star willing to play in La Liga. Liverpool may be forced to play a waiting game they cannot afford for the north African superstar .

After the World Cup last December, Amrabat’s profile surged. And while the midfielder may be a terrific acquisition for most elite clubs. Liverpool must now decide whether or not to sign the 26-year-old.
Liverpool have the willingness to meet Fiorentina’s demands. However, with Amrabat wanting to move to Spain, the Reds must decide whether to stick with the Moroccan international. Or make an effort to convince the Serie A dynamo to move to England.
