Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski has showered praise on teenage sensation Lamine Yamal, calling him “special” and far beyond his years.

Lewandowski recalled asking Yamal’s age in training and being stunned to learn he was just 15, given his maturity and composure.
The Polish striker said Yamal plays with the intelligence and calmness of someone five to seven years older, making him a rare talent.
He also highlighted the chemistry they’ve built on the pitch, noting how easy and natural it feels to link up with him.
Lewandowski also discussed his improving relationship with winger Raphinha, admitting they initially struggled to connect during games earlier this season.
According to Lewandowski, their timing and understanding have since evolved, creating a much stronger attacking partnership in recent months.
