Leicester’s Relegation Fears After Defeat To Chelsea

After losing 3-1 to Chelsea on Saturday, Leicester City fans are more anxious than ever about the possibility of demotion.

Chelsea claimed all three points thanks to goals from Ben Chilwell, Kai Havertz, and Mateo Kovacic. Patson Daka scored the only goal for Leicester.

Wout Faes’ dismissal late in the second half made things worse for Leicester, who are now only one point above the Premier League’s drop zone.

Toward the end of the match, fans in the stadium yelled their anger at manager Brendan Rodgers, and the squad was jeered as they left the field.

Leicester City have now lost 16 games in the top-flight this season, claiming just a win in their last 5 Premier League games. The gaffer of the side is now under intense pressure as he would be looking for ways to get him and his team back on track.

They face Brentford next in the league at the G-tech Community Stadium.
