Keylor Navas: Stopping MSN in el-clasico will be difficult

John Marshall:

With the latest instalment of the world’s most competitive club football match due on Saturday, Real Madrid’s Keylor Navas appeared before the media to analyse the game against Barcelona.

Revenge after the 4-0 defeat: “We see this as a nice opportunity to win a game. Given where we stand and everything ahead of us, it’s an opportunity to keep our confidence up and take a big stride towards our objective.”

Never give up: “We’re all aware that things are tough in La Liga, but if you want to stay at this club you know that its values come before everything else. We have to keep our chins up. We need to continue to show the fighting spirit characteristic of this club.”

Deserves to keep his place next year: “The only thing I dreamed of and asked for was the opportunity to play. Lots of things have been said, but you have to keep believing in yourself. Things have gone well for me this year. I hope to improve. I’m keen to learn. I’m the sort of person who thinks that he can always do better. I came here looking to stay for many years and I’m working towards that.”

The MSN: “I can’t tell you which one is a bigger threat than the others. We have to respect all of them. We have to take them all seriously. We have to do a good job. We have the talent.”
