Hazard Admits Frustration With Lack Of Game Time At Madrid

The Real Madrid career of Belgian superstar, Eden Hazard has been majorly plagued by injuries, however he has acknowledged being frustrated by his lack of game time when available.

Since moving to Spain, Hazard has had difficulty sustaining any sort of form, having started only one game since February of this year.

Things appeared to be going better for the winger after dashing against Celtic in the Champions League, but he was taken off after an hour against Mallorca

He apparently didn’t impress Carlo Ancelotti, and he has subsequently been dropped since.

Hazard now has the incredibly difficult challenge of removing Vinicius Junior from the Madrid squad. If he fails to achieve that, his playing time will progressively become more limited.

What Did Hazard Say?

The Belgium international confessed being frustrated about not getting enough playing time. He told RTL: “There have been difficult and tough times because I wanted to play, but I’m not playing.

“I feel good at Real Madrid, but I’m playing less. And when I go out on the pitch I feel good. It’s a complicated situation. I want to play more.”

Hazard will be looking to have a run of games and rediscover his form for the World Cup.
