Erik Ten Hag Makes Decision On Amad Diallo’s Future At Man United

Manchester United youngster, Amad Diallo is reportedly set for another loan spell away from Old Trafford.

The winger has been in outstanding form for Sunderland this season. But he wants a transfer abroad to a team that more closely matches his playing style.

According to The Sun, Diallo is prepared to test himself in a league that is less physically demanding than the Championship. With the Dutch Eredivisie being mentioned as a potential matchup.

Manchester United sees Diallo, 20, as a promising young player and have no plans to let him leave the club.

The Red Devils would rather have their starlet go out on another season-long loan to help his development. And are thrilled for him to try his luck in another country.

Diallo is a fan favorite at the Stadium of Light due to his 12 goals in 36 Championship games this season.

Diallo may play his final game for Sunderland against Preston on Monday. And manager Tony Mowbray expressed sadness over the club’s inability to keep the winger around for an extended period of time.

Mowbray said: “The loans’ manager from Manchester United was here yesterday and I had a long, long, long chat with him, and I was saying: ‘It’s a shame we didn’t do a two-year loan,’ and we’re half-way through it.”
