Chelsea looking to offload Fabregas in January

Chelsea are looking to offload Cesc Fabregas when the transfer window reopens in January.

The Blues are reportedly willing to listen to offers for the midfielder who currently has three years left on his current deal, according to the Daily Express.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte will reportedly look to avoid letting Fabregas join another Premier League side.

Fabregas was heavily linked with AC Milan up until deadline day and continue to hold interest in the Spaniard with Juventus also keeping tabs.

The 29-year-old, who joined Chelsea from Barcelona in the summer of 2014, has only made one appearance under new the Blues boss.

Conte, who took over after guiding Italy to a quarter-final finish, has favoured a midfield trio of N’Golo Kante, Nemanja Matic and Oscar.

To date his one contribution has been a 12-minute cameo against Watford.

Despite his lack of game time, he showed his quality, producing one of the passes of this season so far to Diego Costa who subsequently scored the winner at Vicarage Road.

Since making his debut the former Arsenal man has scored 11 goals and created a further 34 across 98 matches in all competitions.
