According to SB Nation, Barcelona is prepared to reject a sizable winter transfer bid from Bayern Munich for defender Ronald Araujo.
Long-standing rumors that the Bavarian giants are interested in Araujo don’t seem to be going away.
According to Cadena SER, Barca was informed that Bayern Munich is willing to spend €100 million on Araujo but is not interested in selling. This is the most recent update.

The Uruguay international is seen as “untouchable” by Barca, who apparently won’t let him go despite the club’s financial difficulties and the arrival of a sizable offer in January.
Though it’s unclear if Bayern will make a serious summertime bid return, the Bundesliga powerhouses might give it another go.
There have already been rumors circulating that Barca is prepared to sell a center back in order to balance the books at the end of the season.
