Valued at around £40 million, Lukeba is seen as an ideal modern defender thanks to his technical quality and composure.
Why Lukeba fits all three Premier League giants
The 23-year-old is highly rated for his tackling, positioning, one-versus-one defending and ability to read danger before it develops.
He is also comfortable in possession, capable of carrying the ball forward and helping build attacks from the back.
Arsenal could view Lukeba as strong long-term depth behind Gabriel Magalhaes and William Saliba in Mikel Arteta’s defence, reports Football Talk.
Manchester United may also be tempted, especially with questions around Harry Maguire’s long-term role and Lisandro Martinez’s fitness record.
Liverpool, however, could feel particularly confident given uncertainty surrounding Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate at the back.
With all three clubs expected to strengthen heavily this summer, Lukeba looks set to become a major transfer battle.
