Arsenal are reportedly looking into a huge deal for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, a standout player for Paris Saint-Germain.
The Georgian winger is seen by the Gunners as the perfect candidate to improve Mikel Arteta’s attacking line as they are ready for a significant summer squad change.
According to a report by The Independent, the North London club have identified Kvaratskhelia as a top target who could significantly improve their present options on the flanks.
The 25-year-old has been playing incredibly well; in the Champions League last 16, he scored three goals against Chelsea.
The Georgia international has become a dream acquisition, but Arsenal must also navigate the intricacies of the Premier League’s evolving financial laws.
The club are willing to explore older players leaving in order to make room for emerging stars and ensuring they adhere to the new “Squad Cost Ratio” regulations.

It will be difficult to get the winger to leave Parc des Princes, despite the Gunners’ interest.
The former Napoli player is seen by PSG’s management as a key component of Luis Enrique’s post-Galactico agenda.
He is viewed as a nearly unsellable asset, according to sources in the French capital, particularly since he developed into a key member of the club following his transfer from Napoli in January 2025.
For the Premier League title contenders, there might be some optimism, though. According to the Independent report, the player’s representatives are considering other possibilities for his future and are open to the notion of a move.
Kvaratskhelia happy in Paris
The player himself has recently expressed great satisfaction with his life in France. In a recent interview, he spoke about his commitment to the European champions. “For me, Paris is truly extraordinary.
“You have everything here, and above all, this is the city of love. When PSG contacted me, I thought my wife was the happiest person in the world,” the winger said.
“Before PSG contacted me, she always said, ‘Imagine if one day we play for PSG, it would be amazing to stay there.’
“I think it’s very difficult to go there when there are great players like [Lionel] Messi, Neymar and [Kylian] Mbappe. I love everything about Paris.”
