Arsenal have reportedly been dealt with significant injury blow as Declan Rice, William Saliba and Leandro Trossard are all set to miss the Gunners’ UEFA Champions League clash away at Club Brugge.
Arsenal are hoping to return to winning ways after losing to Aston Villa in the Premier League over the weekend, which reduced their lead at the top of the table.
With five victories from five games, Mikel Arteta’s side are leading the Champions League group stage table and currently top the Premier League with two points.
However, the Gunners are simply going through a tough time, which is made worse by several injuries to Arteta’s first team.

According to The Metro, the manager revealed that Rice, Saliba, and Trossard will not play in midweek. While Gabriel Magalhaes, Kai Havertz, and Cristhian Mosquera are still out.
The fact that Rice has not sustained an injury but he was sick following the Villa defeat and will soon be back in action will cheer up Arsenal supporters.
Arteta Gives Update On Arsenal Squad
“No, so Declan was ill. He was quite sick after the game, and he hasn’t travelled with us,” explained Arteta.
“William is still not available, and Leo again picked another knock in an area where he had the issue, and I don’t expect that it’s going to be long, but unfortunately, he cannot be here.”
Max Dowman, a teenage sensation, also had an injury that will probably keep him out for a few months due to ankle ligament damage.
Gabriel Jesus, who has been sidelined for almost a year owing to a severe knee injury, has taken Dowman’s slot in Arsenal’s Champions League squad.
