Trezeguet reveals Ronaldo has problems with some of his teammates at Juventus

Former Juventus striker David Trezeguet admits Cristiano Ronaldo has had ‘problems’ with some of his Juventus teammates and reveals selling Kingsley Coman was the club’s ‘biggest mistake.’

Trezeguet is the best foreign scorer in the history of Juventus, and, in 2018, he became the club’s Brand ambassador, a role he officially left last week.

“I want to reintroduce myself in the world of football, there are many young coaches and directors and I think we are at the beginning of a generational change,” the Frenchman told La Gazzetta dello Sport, explaining the reason why he left Juventus.

During the interview, he admitted that Cristiano Ronaldo had had issues with some of his teammates in Turin.

“It was the best signing from the club, nobody expected that,” said Trezeguet.

“There have been some problems with his teammates, and you could see that, but he’s scored 100 goals.

“I think nobody has been able to manage him as Zinedine Zidane, perhaps there has been a lack of dialogue at Juventus at some point.

“One coach can tell a player: ‘Look at this game, you walked for 90 minutes and you must help me win the games.’
