Raheem Sterling Is Happy At Chelsea – Representative Insists

Raheem Sterling has been linked with a move away from Chelsea, but his representative has insisted that the England international has no intention of leaving the club during the summer transfer window.

The 28-year-old joined at Stamford Bridge in July, signing a five-year contract with the capital club after leaving Manchester City after a seven-year stint.

Despite some injury issues, Sterling has been a regular for the Blues this season, appearing on 25 times in all competitions and providing six goals and three assists.

However, Chelsea’s January business has fueled speculation that the Englishman could be deemed surplus by head coach Graham Potter this summer.

Arsenal have recently been linked to Sterling, who has only four Premier League goals this season.

However, Sterling’s representative Kelly Hogarth has firmly debunked the latest speculation on her Twitter account.

“Sterling has expressed NO discontent with CFC & having committed his long-term future to the new ownership this summer, there is to be no review of his position in the upcoming transfer window,” Hogarth wrote.

Chelsea are currently in 10th position in the Premier League standings, 14 points behind fourth-place Tottenham Hotspur, who defeated them last time out. This puts Chelsea at the possibility of missing out on playing in the Champions League for the new season.

Sterling has recently been injured, but he has now played in the team’s last two Premier League games against Southampton and Tottenham.

The Englishman played 83 minutes of his side’s 2-0 loss at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and he hasn’t been a part of a Chelsea league win since the end of December.

Sterling was a remarkable success at Manchester City, scoring 131 goals and contributing 95 assists in 339 appearances for the Citizens.
