FPL Gameweek 10 Recap: Ascending Like Tottenham Or Digging Deep Like Chelsea? iSoccer Winners

It was an exhilarating week for Fantasy Premier League managers. Before the deadline, the Gameweek 10 proved to be a week for different captain choices. But in the end, only one man proved to be the major in terms of the captaincy armband, he is none other than Erling Haaland (£14,0m).

One of the most popular picks, Son Heung-min (£9.5m) looks unstoppable at the moment. The South Korean forward scored once more. Joel Ward (£4.5 million) deflected James Maddison’s (£8.1m) attempt into his own net, opening the score for Spurs.

Arsenal inflicted additional suffering on Sheffield United, who are currently at the bottom of the table, thanks to a hat-trick from Eddie Nketiah (£5.5m).

Bukayo Saka (£8.6 million) provided just an assist from this match at the Emirates.

Following his booking in Newcastle’s two-all draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers, where Pedro Neto (£5.8m) had an assist, though he was subbed off due to a late hamstring injury, Kieran Trippier (£7.0m) posted an unusual zero point.

Meanwhile, Callum Wilson (£7.8 million) moved up to joint third in the rankings of top scorers after his brace at Molineux.

During the early kickoff, Bryan Mbeumo (£6.6m) scored a double-digit total for the second straight Gameweek. Surpassing Erling Haaland (£14.0m) in terms of FPL points.

Aston Villa won their 12th straight Premier League home game, but Moussa Diaby (£6.7m) stole the show not Ollie Watkins (£8.4m).

With a deft free kick, Douglas Luiz (£5.5m) provided his first assist of the campaign, continuing his excellent run of form at home.

Darwin Nunez (£7.4 million), Mohamed Salah (£12.8m), and Diogo Jota (£7.7 million) all scored as Liverpool defeated Nottingham Forest 3-0 on Sunday to make it two straight victories.

Saah got back to the top of the FPL player standings on 83 points, with Dominik Szoboszlai (£7.0m) setting up his goal following a mistake by Matt Turner (£4.1m).

Finally, the Manchester derby saw Erling Haaland (£14.om) haul yet again after his solitary goal against Brighton and Hove Albion.

The Norwegian forward scored a brace and laid an assist for Phil Foden (£7.5m) to claim 16 points and brought a smile to the faces of over 4 million managers who gave him the armband.

Please Note: Winners will be contacted directly by the iSoccer FPL admins ONLY if they have dropped a comment or their team names at any point during the season. Winners who haven’t fulfilled any of the above requirements would have their win passed down to a next eligible manager (who has sent in comments).

This will be done on the next Gameweek’s Deadline Day (provided winners didn’t comment still). And once payments are made to another manager, it becomes irreversible.

No manager is entitled to win in two consecutive GWs. So, any reward of such would be passed down to the next manager in line. This is necessary to make winnings go round.

Net points for the week will be used in picking winners, rather than gross points.

Also Note: Each player is entitled to only ONE team. Therefore, payments will be denied from players with more than one team, and passed to next manager.

All players are also advised to follow the social media handles and to visit the iSoccer website frequently.
