Jamie Carragher has reportedly apologized to Mohamed Salah on live television as he made a U-turn over his stance on the Liverpool legend.
On Monday, Carragher responded to the Egyptian’s shocking interview over the weekend.
Salah claimed he had been “thrown under the bus” by the team after Liverpool’s 3-3 draw with Leeds on Saturday.
The 33-year-old’s outburst followed his benching for the Reds’ previous three Premier League games.

Salah was taken out of the team for their Champions League victory over Inter Milan on Tuesday as a result of his comments.
However, he was singled out by Carragher, who referred to his antics as a “disgrace” and made a number of disparaging remarks about his international record with Egypt and his disastrous time at Chelsea.
Later, when Salah posted an unusual selfie from the Reds’ gym before kickoff, the legend from Liverpool intensified the feud.
According to talkSPORT, Carragher offered a polite gesture on CBS Sports’ Champions League broadcast after his old club’s morale-boosting victory in Italy.
Carragher Issues An Apology To Salah
After discussing Salah’s comments, his former Fiorentina teammate, Micah Richards, turned to Carragher and asked: “Would you like to apologise to Mo, and just say sorry for any disrespect?
“It just come from passion, you’re a fan, go on, just say it down the lens.”
