Bayern Munich Receive Fitness Boost For Trip To Arsenal

Bayern Munich will focus on Tuesday’s crucial Champions League match against Arsenal following two straight losses in the Bundesliga. The first leg will see the Bavarian club play at Emirates Stadium.

Bayern faces a formidable opponent on Tuesday because the North London team has not lost in 2024. In the second part of the Bundesliga season, Thomas Tuchel has had difficulty producing results. The German coach hopes to return the Champions League trophy to Allianz Arena in order to save the season. During the weekend, Tuchel’s chances of beating Arsenal improved significantly.

On Sunday, Manuel Neuer went back to goalkeeping drills. The German goalkeeper’s slight muscular strain sustained during the international break prevented him from playing against Heidenheim and Borussia Dortmund. On Monday, Neuer will fly with the team and play his first game back against Arsenal. Reported By sports News.

Due to minor injuries, Kingsley Coman, Noussair Mazraoui, and Leroy Sane were unable to play against Heidenheim. Sunday’s sightings of all three players during practise expand Tuchel’s possibilities in the closing stanza.

Bayern also received a significant fitness boost on Monday. Aleksandar Pavlovic was spotted in training with the first team at Sabner Strasse earlier today. The 19-year-old German midfielder has been out of action for the last couple of weeks due to illness. He had to withdraw from the German squad during the international break.

Bayern got the better of Arsenal several times in the Champions League over the last decade. They went into those games as favourites. However, the roles are reversed this season. It will take a commendable effort from the Bavarian side to beat Arsenal over two legs.
