Barcelona’s striker Robert Lewandowski is reportedly close to accepting a potentially game-changing offer to play in the Saudi Pro League.
This might result in a €100 million transfer issue for the Catalan team.
Lewandowski’s future has left the Catalan club in a state of uncertainty. His contract expires at the end of the current campaign, and agent Pini Zahavi has been in Spain to negotiate with the Camp Nou side.
Al-Hilal Offer Lewandowski Huge Deal
According to WP Sportowe Fakty as reported by Football Transfers, Lewandowski has been offered a deal of €90 million a season by Al-Hilal. This is about four times his current salary at Barcelona.
According to the Polish media, the 37-year-old is probably drawn to the idea of being the focal point of Al-Hilal’s sporting ambition.
He has relished this position at Barcelona, but as he enters the veteran phases of his career, it is improbable that he will keep it.

Lewandowski is reportedly “bothered” by not being the centre of attention at Camp Nou.
This development is bad news as Barca had hoped Lewandowski would stay with the team so they wouldn’t have to deal with the summer transfer market.
The Blaugrana though have been linked with quite a number of forwards ahead of the summer transfer window.
Julian Alavrez and Victor Osimhen has been linked in recent times and both players are surely to cost more than €100 million which is going to be quite a huge financial outlay for Barcelona.
