According to several sources in Italy, Arsenal have placed an official €40m bid for Manuel Locatelli, but the player would prefer a move to Juventus.
The Bianconeri are in talks to sign the 23-year-old but can only sign the player on loan with an obligation to buy and adding a player in the deal.
According to several reports, Juventus want to match Sassuolo’s €40m asking price by adding Radu Dragusin, Felix Correia or Nicolò Fagioli to a €30m offer.
Sassuolo would want to sell the Italy international for a cash offer, but Locatelli has reportedly put Juventus on top of his wish list.
The former Milan playmaker wants to move to Turin but will only discuss his future after UEFA Euro 2020.
