Barcelona has apparently been given the chance to acquire Fluminense winger Riquelme Felipe for 7 million euros.
According to Cadena SER, the 19-year-old star is an enticing potential who will most likely be placed anywhere between Barca Atletico and the first team if he joins Barcelona.

The probable deal is being compared to Barcelona’s choice to sign Roony Bardghji last summer, in that it is a low-cost move for a player with a lot of promise and hence carries very little risk.
Roony joined from FC Copenhagen for a few million euros and has played for the first team this season. The forward has struggled to get playing time, but he is still only 20 and highly respected.
Riquelme Felipe’s name has already come up in discussions about a prospective transfer to Barcelona. Deco is said to be a fan of the kid, however it remains to be seen if he will approve a move this summer.
The youngster is now likely to divide his time between the first team and Barca Atletic next season, but if he impresses, he might get first-team minutes.
