For the first time in the 2025/26 Fantasy Premier League (FPL) season, there was a blank gameweek where six teams did not play owing to FA Cup obligations.
Chelsea, Manchester City, Leeds United, Bournemouth, Burnley and Brighton all had no league fixture and managers were forced to tinker through their squad and those yet to play their Free Hit chip had to activate it ahead of the deadline.
Arsenal duo David Raya (£6.0m) and Gabriel Magalhaes (£7.2m) delivered 10 and 8 points respectively for their owners in the Gunners’ 1-0 win against Newcastle United with the former returning just his second double digit of the season after doing so against Manchester United in the first game of the season.
Worth the wait? 👀

The England international now has 12 assists this campaign with only Bruno Fernandes providing more than him.

Alexis Mac Allister (£6.2m) registered two assists to collect 13 points in Liverpool’s 3-1 triumph over Crystal Palace at Anfield.

Gibbs-White followed his 20-point haul against Wolves with another double-figure haul after a goal and an assist against the Black Cats.
