Galatasaray are reportedly planning to ask for compensation from UEFA following Noa Lang’s unusual injury from a collision with an advertisement hoarding at Anfield during their Champions League loss to Liverpool.
The Reds secured their spot in the Champions League quarterfinals after defeating Galatasaray 4-0 (4-1 on aggregate) at Anfield on Wednesday.
This set up a rematch with Paris Saint-Germain, who eliminated Liverpool from the league in the Round of 16 last year.
Lang crashed with an advertising board during the match at Anfield, resulting in a horrific injury that required surgery.
