The Saudi Pro League are reportedly prepared to step up their efforts to sign Mohamed Salah and Vinicius Jr. in the summer with some significant exits in the Middle East.
The Liverpool star has been linked with a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia for a number of years, but he has stayed at Anfield thus far.
Though it’s unclear if he will stop playing European football, there are increasing expectations that his time in the Premier League is coming to an end.
Real Madrid sensation, Vinicius, who has been in contract talks with the Spanish powerhouses, is Saudi Arabia’s other top target.

Saudi Clubs Looking To Invest Heavily In Transfers
The league is looking for some more significant coups after cutting back on expenditure over the previous 12 months.
Due to some high-profile players’ contracts expiring, clubs in the Saudi Pro League will have more chances to make highly lucrative offers to star players.
The main teams would have the opportunity to search Europe for a huge name if Sadio Mane, Fabinho, N’Golo Kante, and Karim Benzema were all let go. According to the Telegraph as reported by The Mirror, Salah and Vinicius Jr. are at the top of their list.
One senior source in the Saudi Pro League claimed: “Very important players will finish their contracts in June 2026 and the league will invest in new stars like Salah. My perception is that if it happens it will be the summer and not now.”
Salah’s December outburst at Leeds, in which he claimed the team had “thrown him under the bus” and that he had no relationship with Arne Slot, ignited discussion about his future.
