Real Madrid fired Xabi Alonso as manager earlier this week, and the Spaniard’s departure might shake up the La Liga club’s team depending on which players his replacement likes in the coming months.
Arda Guler, for example, had a promising start under Alonso but has since deteriorated in form. How much Alvaro Arbeloa will rely on him, especially given Jude Bellingham’s availability, will be intriguing to see.
TEAMtalk reports that Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool are all interested in signing Guler from Madrid. The Turkish international is now happy at the Bernabeu, but the scenario could change during the summer transfer window.
Guler move remains a possibility.
If Carlo Ancelotti had continued to coach Real Madrid this season, Arda Guler would have likely left in the summer to pursue more game time, so while he is content in the Spanish capital for the time being, that might change very soon depending on his playing position.

If Guler leaves Madrid, the Premier League will be his favorite destination, and Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool will be eager to sign him. The 20-year-old’s £78 million valuation is unlikely to deter them, considering his tremendous potential.
Arsenal would most likely be the best fit for the player since he could contend for minutes as an attacking midfielder, his favorite position, while also rotating with Bukayo Saka on the right wing.
He may battle for minutes with Chelsea or Liverpool, but Mikel Arteta’s system at the Emirates Stadium is likely to be best suited to Guler’s style of play, so it will be intriguing to see if he wants to join them in the summer.
