Benjamin Sesko is reportedly anticipated to return to Manchester United action “very soon” after sustaining a knee injury against Tottenham Hotspur last month.
Due to injury, the 22-year-old has missed the previous four United games. He also had to withdraw from Slovenia’s final World Cup qualifying team.
Sesko limped out just after being subbed on in the second half of United’s 2-2 draw with Tottenham. He only entered the game in the 58th minute, but Micky van de Ven’s challenge forced him out in the 88th.
United had to finish the game with just ten players since they had already utilized all of their allotted replacements.

At first, Ruben Amorim projected that Sesko would be out for no more than a month, with a return during the festive period likely.
Although the Slovenian forward is getting near to being ready once more, it is still unclear when he will be considered totally match fit.
United will provide an update on Sesko’s injury when Amorim delivers his next press conference on Friday afternoon.
Sesko ‘Feeling Very Well’
According to Manchester World, while speaking with Slovenian television, Sesko’s agent, Elvis Basanovic, provided an update on his client: “Benjamin is feeling very well.
“His rehabilitation is progressing according to plan. It’s hard to say precisely when he will return.
“That will be up to the medical staff and the manager, but I think we’ll see him back on the pitch very soon. Maybe even sooner than expected.”
