Federico Valverde has emerged as a surprise target for Manchester United after disagreeing with Real Madrid boss Xabi Alonso. The Uruguayan midfielder is one of numerous players who have not responded well to Alonso’s coaching style.
Valverde’s probable availability appears to have placed the Premier League’s heavyweights on high alert, as he may be a great addition for Amorim. His versatility has allowed him to play in almost every midfield position at the Santiago Bernabéu, as well as a makeshift right-back.
