Estevao has spoken out after giving Chelsea fans an injury scare during his team’s 3-0 victory over Barcelona on Tuesday.
The 18-year-old, who had earlier in the second half scored the Blues’ second goal, was replaced in the 83rd minute after receiving medical attention.
His substitution is definitely a concern ahead of Sunday’s match against Arsenal, even though he didn’t appear to be hobbling when he walked around the field at full time.
Any absence would be a setback because the Brazil international has been superb since moving from Palmeiras.

Estevao talked about a great night at Stamford Bridge for the Blues after the game, but he made no mention of his injuries or fitness.

According to the Daily Express, Estevao shared a message in an Instagram post alongside several photographs from the match. “First of all, all honor and glory to God.
“A great night at home, happy with the goal, but even happier with the big victory. The whole team is to be congratulated. We keep moving forward in pursuit of our goals [folded hands emoji and blue love heart emoji].”
