Liverpool have reportedly suffered double injury blow as Arne Slot confirms Florian Wirtz and Conor Bradley will miss the Reds Premier League home clash with Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
However, Alisson Becker has returned to full fitness.
Alisson, a Brazilian goalkeeper, is set to start against Forest after missing eight games due to a hamstring injury he sustained during the Reds’ 1-0 loss at Galatasaray on September 30.

According to Liverpool Echo, while discussing the latest injury news before the game, Slot said: “Alisson trained last week and this week so he will be able to play if things work out today, but we do have some issues after the international break.
“Conor Bradley is unable to play, Florian Wirtz unable to play. That is far from ideal.”
Bradley’s injury has left Slot without an established right-back, and the Liverpool manager anticipates missing Jeremie Frimpong and the Northern Irishman for at least three weeks.
Elaborating on the injuries, Slot said: “Both muscle issues.
“I don’t expect Conor to be part of the upcoming 22 days, maybe the end unless a miracle happens. Florian maybe should not be that long. Jeremie is out just as long, won’t be available in the next few weeks”
While Slot acknowledged he might have to employ players out of position, Dominik Szoboszlai and Joe Gomez could be used at right-back in Bradley and Frimpong’s absence.
“Dominik is playing very well in all positions,” he said. “Joe Gomez has played two times 90 minutes in 2025 so if we want to keep him available longer it’s maybe a risk to play him seven times in 22 days.
“He missed training yesterday but we are expecting him to train today.
“Maybe one or two players have to play in positions they normally won’t do.”
