Kylian Mbappé grabbed the stage during France’s pre-game press conference. Mbappé began the workshop by discussing the emotional significance of November 13th, the tenth anniversary of the 2015 Paris attacks, which included the sad events at the Bataclan theatre.
“Before we begin, I’d like to say a few words on behalf of the team, the coaching staff, and the players,” Mbappé told the crowd. “Tomorrow is going to be a special day. We want to memorialize those who were affected by the Bataclan attack. We realize it won’t be a joyous day, but we want the French to understand why honoring this day is crucial.”

Real Madrid forward reflected on his own experience on that night a decade ago, when he was a youngster watching from home in Monaco. According To Managing Mardrid.
“I got the news like everyone else. I was also concerned because it was close to my house, and my parents still live in Bondy. We called our families and witnessed the atrocities that were occurring. We were sad; we wanted it to end. Playing ten years later is special — not in a nice manner — but we’ll strive to pay tribute to those affected throughout the day.”
The 25-year-old also pondered on his own personal development, openly discussing how he continually strives to better.
“You must always improve as a person and a player. “I always try to improve; I hope the Kylian of 2025 is worse than the Kylian of 2026,” he remarked, smiling.
