Real Madrid had a great weekend defeating fierce rivals FC Barcelona 2-1 in La Liga to increase their advantage at the top of the La Liga standings to five points.
But the evening at the Santiago Bernabeu was not without controversies, one of which might pose a serious threat to Los Blancos.
In fact, following Xabi Alonso’s substitution in the second half of the match against Barca, Vinicius Jr. lost it, yelling at the manager and making his way directly to the dressing room.

El Chiringuito TV as claimed by Madrid Universal stated that Vinicius’ faith in Alonso has completely “shattered” due to the way things have gone thus far for him this season.
The Brazilian winger has, after all, lost his unchallenged spot in the squad this season, been benched for a few games, and even substituted sooner than usual during games.
After Vinicius was substituted off in the Clasico in which he was playing at his best causing Hansi Flick’s side a number of issues, frustration that had been building for a while finally came to the surface.
According to the report, the Brazil international has lost faith in the boss as a result, and if things stay this way, it may become challenging for them to get along at the club.
The Real Madrid management, on one hand, is staying out of the matter and has granted Alonso complete control over the team to act as he sees fit.
However, Vinicius is said to feel insulted and may decide to leave when his contract expires in the summer of 2026.
